1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kingdom Plugin mobile application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Kingdom Plugin connects faith communities, businesses, and individuals. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects other users, churches, and businesses listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate profile information and keep it up to date.

4. Content and Conduct

You may not post false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful content. Reviews, event listings, and profile information must be truthful. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Church and Business Listings

Organizations listed on Kingdom Plugin are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, events, and shelter information. Subscription and approval requirements apply as described during onboarding.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kingdom Plugin is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on weather alerts or third-party listings.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

SMS Text Messaging and One-Time Passcodes

By providing your mobile phone number and requesting SMS-based verification or login, you consent to receive one-time transactional security codes (OTP) from Kingdom Plugin for the purpose of verifying your identity and securely accessing your Kingdom Plugin account.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and requests. Kingdom Plugin will send an OTP only when requested by you for account verification or login authentication.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt-Out: Because these messages are used for account security and authentication, opting out of SMS messages may prevent you from using SMS-based login or verification. You may reply STOP to opt out of receiving SMS messages. After opting out, Kingdom Plugin will not send additional SMS messages unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them.

Privacy: Kingdom Plugin does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. For additional information about how we collect, use, and protect your information, please review our Privacy Policy.
